Abstract :
Caofeidian district is a new petroleum development zone, and oil is a potential pollutant that will cause groundwater and soil pollution. Based on the analysis about the content of groundwater special vulnerability and influence factors which included natural factors, anthropogenic factors and special factors associated with the pollutant, index system about special vulnerability of petroleum pollution was constructed. At the same time, coupled numerical simulation of petroleum migration process with vulnerability evaluation, groundwater special vulnerability of petroleum pollution in Caofeidian district was studied on the basis of GIS technique. The result showed that influenced by the human activities, natural and special factors, groundwater special vulnerability of petroleum pollution in Caofeidian presented an weakened tendency from north to south. The highest vulnerability area was mainly distributed in coastal area where the oil exploitation was intensive. The research is a basis for disclosing the relationship between oil exploitation and groundwater pollution. It is also meaningful to prevent the pollution of groundwater and ensure the economic development in Caofeidian district.
