  • Abstract
    It will implement an effective management and monitoring to the time synchronization device that is integrated into IEC 61850 systems. This equipment fits the requirement of time synchronizer in the development of intelligent substation. How to build the time synchronizer information model according to IEC 61850 standard is the key to the high accuracy synchronization requirement for the digital substation based on IEC 61850. This paper analysis the function of the time synchronizer, gives a group of new logical node template class which describes the various time setting mode, time setting precision and run-time state and so on. The time synchronization device information model proposed in this paper can be applied in some intelligent substations, which implements the effective management and monitoring, and validates the correction and rationality of the information model.
