Abstract :
A structure for a passive telemetry LC absolute pressure sensor is proposed, analytically simulated, and optimized to be used in a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). This device is designed to measure a pressure range of 0-100psi with an average sensitivity of 2.2MHz/psi with a die size of 2mm 2mm and maximum working frequency of 970MHz.
