Abstract :
The new power time synchronization system should have following features: high accuracy, high stability, high reliability and distributed network environment. In order to ensure the high accuracy, high stability and high reliability of the absolute time information and frequency signal from their sources to being used, safety application technology, measurement technology and time transfer technology of time frequency source are key technologies to be completed for each time node-based equipment in the system. This paper introduces the details of these three technologies.
