Abstract :
Considering the security, stability and technology trends of current time synchronism system on domestic and international, A Electric Power System Time Synchronism System was designed, which is based on the multi-sources timing synchronization, such as GPS, Bei-dou and IRIG-B sync signal, accord with the Electric Power System time synchronization of the technical specification in this paper. And a high-stability crystal oscillator has been introduced to achieve high timekeeping precision in the case of the loss of external time synchronization sources. The time synchronism accuracy of the system is improved up to ±1us and punctual accuracy is better than 1us/min. The system satisfies the technical requirements for electrical power system time synchronization, which has practical application value.
