Abstract :
This paper presents a high performance digitally programmable CMOS analog building block termed as DCCDVCC. In the proposed building block, the bias current is digitally controlled. The DCCDVCC shows good linearity between voltages and currents, high parasitic resistances and low parasitic capacitances at port-Y and port-Z. As an application of DCCDVCC, a high-gain fully differential instrumentation amplifier is also presented. The supply voltages used are 1.25V. The DCCDVCC and the instrumentation amplifier is simulated using TSMC 0.25μm technology.
