Abstract :
This paper shows further extension to the existing knowledge on voltage mode quadrature oscillators. In this paper, four new voltage mode quadrature oscillators using plus-type differential difference current conveyors as active device are realized by using a simple technique. Each circuit enjoys several attractive features such as use of grounded passive components, outputs of equal magnitude and low active and passive sensitivities. The use of all grounded passive components makes all the proposed circuits suitable for monolithic implementation. PSPICE simulation using TSMC 0.25μm CMOS parameters are given to validate the proposed circuits.
