Abstract
The semantic Web attempts to break the barrier of syntactic representation of data in order to integrate and share the Web resources in a way that is understandable by computers and intelligent software agents in addition to humans. Despite widespread efforts, the development of semantic Web applications is still in an early stage. We aim to contribute to this area by developing a multi-domain semantic Web application to realize a collective intelligence model of the society. The domains of interest in the model are people, document, technical, knowledge, intentions and skills. In this paper we provide a high-level technical infrastructure to implement this model as a semantic Web application.
