Abstract :
This paper outlines the identification of a pneumatic differential pressure cell using multifrequency binary sequence, or MBS, test signals. The d/p cell consists of a diaphragm, a pilot relay flapper/nozzle and a feedback bellows. The reported experimental results show that the cell has a first order linear response
