Abstract :
This paper discussed the problem of eigenstructure assignment with complex eigenvalues. We convert the computation of complex matrices to that of real matrices by separating the real and image parts of the complex eigenvalues and eigenvectors. This method reduces the computation load of eigenstructure assignment problem.
