Abstract :
In this paper a probe with a tiny aperture is assumed in near field domain. Calculation of sensed field with this probe is performed by finite difference time domain (FDTD). A numerical solution for Maxwell´s equations based on Yee algorithm is performed. Optical near field intensity by parameter changes such as: probe size, aperture size, probe distance from surface are discussed.
