Abstract :
This study focuses on the area of modeling a teacher´s evaluation and the ability to influence their impact on both students and colleagues. The goal is to model a teacher´s ability to adapt, learn and improve their performance based on the interaction with students and fellow faculty members. Our work is inspired from Nowak´s model from social sciences (Nowak, A. and Latane, B., 1994) and further incorporates external influence in the attitude of a teacher. A prototype set of characteristics, or chromosomes, and a set of alleles when a teacher´s overall performance is represented as a candidate solution are suggested. Finally, the representation scheme and extension to traditional GA is put forward.
