Abstract :
This experiment was investigated and compared the effects of NO3--N and NO2--N on the anaerobic phosphorus release and anoxic phosphorus uptake of Denitrifying Phosphate Removal Bacteria(DPB).The results showed: with the concentration of NO3--N and NO2--N increased in the Anaerobic stage, the amount of phosphorus release decreased. In the Anoxic phase, When the concentration of NO3--N is 40mg / L removal of NO3--N and phosphorus worked best, the removal rate respectively reached to 98.4% and 97.2%; The DPB had not been Acclimated by NO2--N could still use NO2--N as the electron acceptor, when NO2--N is 20mg / L, phosphorus concentration of effluent was 14.42 mg / L, Removal rate was 59.13%, the phenomenon of Denitrifying Phosphorus can still happen when the concentration of NO2--N ≤ 30mg / L, anoxic phosphate uptake were severely inhibited until the concentration of NO2--N reached 40mg/L, the removal rate of NO2--N was only 32.25% in 4 hours.
