Abstract :
A method to evaluate the contribution of the triple reflection and the iteration between an edge and two facets to the monostatic RCS of arbitrary bodies is presented. The approach is based on a combination of physical optics (PO) and geometrical optics (GO) for the triple reflection and on the equivalent current method (ECM) and geometrical optics (GO) for the iteration edge-facets. The bodies are modeled by plane facets composed by dielectric and magnetic material including losses.
