Abstract
This paper concerns delay-dependent robust ℋ∞ filtering for neutral delay systems with uncertainty, which is assumed to be of polytopic type. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, a new delay-dependent filtering criterion is proposed which ensure the error system be stability as well as ℋ∞ -norm bound. The key features of the approach include the introduction of free-weighting matrices and model transformation. Numerical examples illustrate the effectiveness of the method and the improvement over some existing methods. These instructions give you the basic guidelines for preparing papers for WCICA 2010/IEEE conference proceedings.
