Abstract :
Field computation of the Sommerfeld half space problem utilizing the transient spectral domain method (TSDM) with an optimization rule is presented. TSDM is a general theoretical approach for exact solution to the time-dependent source radiation in the presence of stratified media. Also a number of numerical results based on the optimization method are presented for the reflected field.
