  • Abstract
    Based on substation communication standard IEC61850, this paper introduces the solution by using SQL Server to the design and implement of the SCL configurator. The solution enables the intelligent electronic devices self-recognition and configuration management, so as to initialize the Substation Automation System (SAS) automatically.
