Abstract :
Digital train radio system provides information infrastructure for communication between control centers and trains, and supports various applications which provide passengers with not only safe and stable train service but also accurate and timely information. Recently, in the Yamanote Line, Line Area #1, ground equipment has been constructed, and the system is being examined on actual trains for the first service August 2007.
