Foreword

Organized every two years starting with 1991, the International Conference of Applied and Theoretical Electricity has grown constantly in terms of organizational facilities, number of participants from Romania and abroad, scientific quality and visibility for academia and industry at national and international level. The technical program committee was renewed over time with prominent specialists and the criteria of paper acceptance became more and more restrictive, so that the rate of acceptance decreased toward about 75% at the last four editions.
