Abstract :
This paper presents a new full analytical procedure for the small RF amplifiers Linvill Method, improving its graphical limitation when operating with modern active devices. The Smith chart can not manipulate conductance values over 20, preventing the original solution proposed by Linvill. Applying some graphical relations concerned with graphical approach, analytical relations present a complementary numerical way to calculate all the design parameters required.
