Abstract :
A semi-analytical formulation for the analysis of the far field of a CWSA (constant width slot antenna) using the reciprocity theorem is presented. The method provides a good physical insight into the operation of the traveling wave slot antenna and at the same time introduces an approach that can easily be extended to the analysis of other types of tapered slot antenna.
