  • Abstract
The intelligent method, programming method, human-computer interaction method are proposed for complex production, multi-device, randomness, and uncertainty in the steelmaking and continuous casting production process. The scheduling system for steelmaking and continuous casting was developed on the basis of studying scheduling strategy. The system integrates plan making, local plan adjusting, completely rescheduling and human-computer interaction. The system is applied to one large steel plant. Results show that the system can efficiently reduce dynamic scheduling time, short redundant waiting time for molten steel and raise the load ratio of facilities.
