Abstract :
The paper briefly introduces product conformity assessment systems in China and current major product certifications implemented under Chinese regulations for electrical, electronic, telecom and radio devices, including CCC (China Compulsory Certification) mark certification, network access license, and radio type approvals. It focuses on the uncertain aspects of the rules, challenges and issues that foreign companies are facing in their efforts to get into the Chinese market.
