Abstract
The use of H.264/AVC is being increased in various applications. In this paper, we propose an effective method that recovers the video data when the H.264/AVC-coded bitstream is corrupted. It uses an affine transform and OBMA cost criteria, and applies concealment methods adaptively. Simulation results show that the proposed method yields better video qualities than other conventional approaches.
