  • Abstract
    The paper deals with the designing of a flue gases filtering equipment (electrofilter) for a 330 MW power group from a thermal power plant that uses coal as fuel. The advanced designing was performed using the software MathCAD. In the paper are presented the economic issues on the cost of the equipment but also the operation of the electrofilter´s electrical equipment.
