Abstract :
Storm water resource is of great importance to the urban water resources, which could relieve the pressure of urban water supply, and plays a positive role in the urban water resources. Starting from the systematic view, the author summarized the storm water management problems in urban construction, researched a new concept of quaternity, namely “Planning · Architecture · Landscape · Technology” and constructed a multi-level system for urban storm water management with System theory viewpoint.
