Abstract :
This paper presents a general impulsively-coupled complex dynamical network (ICCDN) model with parametric uncertainty and time-varying delays. Robust synchronization of the ICCDN with uncertainty and delays is investigated. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, delay-independent synchronization conditions for the ICCDN with uncertainty and delays are obtained. A systematic-design procedure is presented, and a numerical example is provided for illustration.
