Abstract :
Wedding photography scheduling as a typical service scheduling characterizes by independent service items, adjustable order of service item and expected service time of customs. Aiming at the scheduling issue, a wedding photography scheduling model is established to maximize customer satisfaction. Then, a clustering-based adaptive genetic algorithm (CAGA) is designed to solve this model. An orthogonal design method is used to determine the optimal parameters of adaptive crossover and mutation operators in GA and optimal number of clusters in k-means clustering. Finally, the effectiveness of this model and proposed method are verified through 10 simulation examples. The results show that clustering analysis effectively increases genetic diversity and the proposed method successfully improves customer satisfaction.
