Abstract :
In order to change noise problems of the existing gearbox loader, a new type of Permanent magnet loader is designed by using water cooling. The control system is realized mainly by using PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and MCU (Micro Control Unit), and obtaining signals from multi-sensors. Meanwhile, fuzzy parameters self-tuning PID algorithm and automatic location algorithm have been studied, and the results of research have been applied in the design of the loader. It can process the signals and make the judgment for the next action in real-time. It runs by two modes, one is manual adjustment control mode, and another is automatic location control mode. The experiments show that a precision of ±0.5 Nm can be reached by using automatic location and control mode. The maximum speed of the machine can reaches 3600r/min, and the corresponding torque is 59.1 Nm. The noise intensity of the loader is less than 70dB. It satisfies the need of gearbox noise test. What´s more, the loader has advantages of lightweight, small size, energy-saving and environmental protection.
