  • Abstract
    The problem of controlling the unified chaotic system was studied in this paper. A method using the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model to describe a kind of nonlinear systems was proposed firstly, and an impulsive control strategy was employed to control the systems. The sufficient conditions for the stabilization of the impulsive controlled systems were also derived. Then this control strategy was applied to stabilize the unified chaotic system. Numerical simulation demonstrates that after the impulsive control signals are added, the chaotic system is stabilized to its equilibrium point quickly, being consistent with the theoretical analysis.
