On the source and evaluation of environment risk in the city Brownfield redevelopment

This paper attempts to make an preliminary discussion of the origin and identification of the environmental risk in the urban Brownfield redevelopment by using methods and technology in risk administration. Based the method of risk administration, the environmental risk sources of the Brownfield were divided from the land secondary environmental pollution, from remaining buildings and its attached, and from development process. Given an application case by identification and assessment of the Brownfield environment risks through Beforehand, concurrent, and afterwards.
