Abstract :
In LTE-Advanced systems, multiple input multiple output and orthogonal frequency division multiplexing technology are employed to achieve a higher data rate transmission, thus accurate channel estimation method is valuable. In this paper, distributed compressed sensing is introduced in LTE-A MIMO system. Thus Space Time Coding and multiple continuous MIMO-OFDM channel estimation in an sub-frame are considered in the paper. By exploiting the correlation among multiple spatial channels and reconstruct them jointly, pilot overhead is reduced in distributed compressed sensing based method. Furthermore, simulation results indicate that the proposed scheme can achieve a better performance, when the spatial channel model extension is used.
