Abstract :
On the basis of the linear theory of hydrodynamic stability mathematical models of electrogasdynamic processes originating in a fluid due under a strong electric field are provided. These models are used for determination of stability thresholds of laminar fluid flows and jets. Recommendations for increasing in sensibility and an amplification constant of jet electrogasdynamic converters with turbulization of gas jet by controlled unipolar ion current are provided.
