Abstract :
Using ARCGIS software, built in Zhengzhou city on the digital map through the stack analysis, drawn from 1988 to 2002 in 14, built from the urban area of 73.73km2 to 159.00km2. An increase of 85.27km2, the average annual growth rate of 5.64 percent; The Zhengzhou city space expansion assumes the radiated pattern; The Zhengzhou city center of mass position has experienced first to the southeast direction displacement, subsequently to an east process, this is the Zhengzhou city expansion direction change process.
