Abstract
We present a method for imposing joint time-frequency moment constraints in the minimum cross-entropy (MCE) construction of positive time-frequency distributions. This method makes it possible to impose all joint moment constraints simultaneously. Necessary conditions on normalized joint moment constraints for an MCE solution to exist are provided. An example illustrating the performance of the algorithm is also given
