Abstract :
Mobile E-Government is a new E-Government application model developed based on the traditional E-Government. Through the construction of mobile E-Government, the governments of Wuhan urban circle can fully break through the limits of time and space and provide convenient and highly efficient public services to the city clusters within a circle whose radius is 100 km. This paper, through a study on the application domain of mobile e-Government construction and its technical support, proposes an overall plan and top-level design for the development of mobile e-Government of urban circle, combines the construction of mobile e-Government with the traditional e-Government and the integration process, and make an application research on mobile government rent system of the urban circle.
