Abstract :
Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) management is a big challenge for most cities all over the world, which include the process of collection, transportation, processing and recycling. This paper analyzes the current research situation of MSW and proposes a management information platform based on Internet of Things technology. We use Wuhan city as a case study. This study shows that it is feasible to develop MSW recycle management information platform based on Internet of Things technology. It will help the government better use the information produced in every stage of MSW management, and finally achieve the goal of intelligent cycle.
