Abstract :
The paper presents simulation results for a number of arbitrarily shaped planar patch resonators which can be used for dual mode filter or coupled filter applications. The principle advantage of this computer aided design (CAD) model is its ability to determine precisely the scattering parameters with a relatively short computer time. This CAD procedure is able to solve the problem of a multiport junctions in planar circuits
