Abstract
Power system´s reliability in real-time operating states can be evaluated due to the presentation of the concept and algorithm of operational reliability. Components´ reliability models based on real-time operating conditions are established in the algorithm of operational reliability. Fault consequences are analyzed with the consideration of operating conditions, such as power generation dispatches, load levels and network configurations. This paper puts forward modeling principles of components´ reliability models based on the real-time operating conditions. According to these principles, components´ linear models, quadratic models, and hyperbolic models considering real-time operating conditions are established. A simple power system´s reliability in different operating conditions is evaluated adopting the above three types of models respectively, and the evaluation results can fully reflect the system´s operational reliability.
