Abstract :
This paper describes new features for TV sets using the cell broadband enginetrade. One feature is the image super-resolution that converts standard definition to high definition image more vividly than conventional up-scaler. The other feature is the multiple video playback that decodes and displays 48 video streams on the screen with optimized program.
