Abstract :
Environmental pollution is a matter in sustainable economic development which must be addressed, how to take efficient and convenient method of monitoring the environment is particularly essential; Environmental monitoring is an important part of environmental protection, and is also the most important source of information. We take more computers to handle a variety of environmental monitoring data. As technology advances, many companies have developed multi-core processor, however, Software and hardware constructed by multi-core, must be a large and complex system, which brings us a problem in management that is, how to monitor the core, and when one or more core abnormalities. How could system automatically resume, and go back to normal. This paper is going to discuss in this issue and also will give a simple and effective solutions. We also through the implementation and testing of specific software solutions to illustrate the superiority of this problem. Through this method we can to ensure the monitoring system is working normally, and to provide more accurate data to solve the problem of environmental pollution.
