A study on the evaluation of intensive construction land use in Hanzhong City

Abstract :
To promote intensive construction land use and to achieve its optimization, this paper, taking Hanzhong City as the study area, evaluates the intensive construction land use, using Delphi method, combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis, through evaluation index system establishment. The result shows that intensive construction land use in Hanzhong City remains to be further enhanced, and intensive construction land use degree each district and county are different. This provides the basis for improving construction land use effect, solving land supply and demand contradictions, and realizing socio-economic sustainable development in the whole Hanzhong City and its counties.
