Abstract :
This article presents a new nonlinear filtering technique applied to radar tracking in the presence of glint, which is modelled by nonGaussian observation noise. The computational cost is high but the algorithm is quite simple and naturally suited to parallelism. Simulation results are presented and compared with those of an extended Kalman filter
