Abstract :
Aiming at the subjectivity and ambiguity problems of historical seismic intensity determination, a hybrid fuzzy determination method is proposed in this paper. Intensity features are extracted based on the latest historical seismic intensity table and the quantization process of historical earthquake records is dynamically adjusted by using exponential fitting and entropy weight method. Gaussian membership function is used to obtain smoother fuzzy identification results and the problem of excessive zero value in membership matrix of historical seismic intensity is resolved by using gray correlation coefficient conversion. Simulation results prove that the proposed method has high accuracy and practicality.
