Abstract :
In this work we study the evolution of electromagnetic fields in conducting materials with memory. We show the existence of solution for the evolution system associated to the electric field propagation by using semigroup techniques. We also show the exponential decay of energy. An expression for harmonical waves propagating is given with restrictions.
