Abstract :
A method to analyze cylindrical and quasi-cylindrical multilayer microstrip antennas is presented. The method is based on the integral equation technique in combination with spectral domain approach. In the first step the dyadic Green´s function of the cylindrical structure is derived in the spectral domain by the use of an equivalent circuit. By introducing a perturbation term an approximate solution for the quasi-cylindrical structure is found. Numerical results for the cylindrical and quasi-cylindrical structures are shown.
