Abstract :
Based on analysis to the headlamp detection principle and baseline, this paper puts forward a new method in which driving direction is regarded as the detection baseline to amend the headlamp detection error. The mechanical structure of error correction device, by which we can accurately measure the deflective angle of axle placed, is designed by Solidworks. Specially describes the work steps of error correction system of headlamp detection, and makes experimental analysis of data processing method to determine axle deflective angle. The comparative analysis result to experimental error shows that the detection system has high accuracy, good repeatability and work reliability, and also can fast detects axle deflective angle and simultaneously amends the headlamp detection error on the base of tire profile identification.
