Abstract :
Public interest in the Citizens Band (CB) has resulted in an upsurge in demand for channel allocation. A large number of the channels allocated to users will be required to be operated on single-side-band suppressed carrier (SSB), and a few will be reserved for double-sideband operation (AM), or compatible single-sideband (CSSB). This paper offers some novel thoughts on the transmission of the signal for a compatible system.
