Abstract :
Describes the optimization of fuzzy control, which is determined by if-then type fuzzy rules through the min-sum-gravity method. To prove existence of optimal control, we applied the compactness of a set of membership functions in L space and the continuity of the min-sum-gravity method we considered before, and show the existence of a pair of membership functions (fuzzy controller) which minimize (maximize) the integral cost (benefit) function.
