            Abstract : 
Although re-engineering is often used as means to mitigate risks and reduce costs of operation and maintaining the legacy software, re-engineering has several risk areas on process, reverse engineering, forward engineering, tools and so on. In this paper, we describe an improved method which is hybrid re-engineering. It can solute risks of re-engineering and has great research value.
